This exclusive 2 on 1 class is just that, 2 members and 1 trainer. Perfect for those who aspire to ramp up their power game and chisel their body to perfection. If you’re eager to boost your strength and muscle definition, ‘FlexFit’ is the blueprint to your dream physique.

We believe in delivering personalized attention to each participant, hence, we keep it intimate. ‘FlexFit’ sessions accommodate only two clients per trainer. This ensures you get laser-focused guidance on your form, performance, and progression, making it an almost private training experience. It is the most affordable way to enjoy personal training if you can’t afford many 1-on-1 sessions and haven’t yet found a partner in crime to share to share the costs.
With a dynamic range of weightlifting and resistance exercises, you’ll push beyond your limits, rippling those muscles and firing up your metabolism like never before.
